Return Window

Most items purchased from iwatchyou.ph may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Please review the eligibility conditions and exclusions below.


Eligible Items, Return for Exchange

You may return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective upon arrival, refers to items that are non-functional or do not operate as intended upon delivery, excluding cases of physical damage.
  • Incorrect items received (different from what was ordered).
  • On-hand stocks: If unsatisfied, change of item is allowed (no refunds).


Ineligible Items for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items missing parts or packaging.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Downloadable products (eg, software, ebooks).
  • Order-basis items: No returns or exchanges unless verified defective by our technical team.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives with visible physical damage:

All damage must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please be advised that items with physical damage are considered void of warranty and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us at +63 917 844 9559 or iwatchyoucctv@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, if available.
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
  4. Send the package to:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we do provide item exchange options, subject to specific conditions and product eligibility.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, an exchange will be processed within 1–2 business days, provided it meets our return criteria.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon delivery.
