Return Window:
You can return most items sold on iwatchyou.ph within (7) days of delivery . Certain exclusions may apply (see details below).
Eligible Items for Return:
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival (please see Damaged Items section below).
- Items that are incorrect (you received an item different from what you ordered).
Ineligible Items for Return:
- Opened or used items.
- Items that are missing parts or packaging.
- Items that are specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Downloadable products (eg, software, ebooks).
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at +63 9178449559 or iwatchyoucctv@hotmail.com to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at your discretion.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at +63 9178449559 or iwatchyoucctv@hotmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number within the return window of (7) days.
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging, if possible.
Include the RA number and a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the package.

Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to iwatchyou.ph.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a replacement or refund within 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was verified Defective.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. We will post any changes to the policy on this page.
