CCTV Installer Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; A vocational or technical course in electronics or related field is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in CCTV installation or security systems installation.
- Experience with IP-based cameras, NVRs, and access control systems (eg, Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV camera setup, wiring, and configuration.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain security cameras and related systems.
- Familiarity with networking (IP addressing, cabling, and PoE).
- Understanding of FDAS, access control systems, and other security solutions is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to explain system functions to clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Licensing (Preferred but not Required):
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
Availability:
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite and nearby areas.
- Flexible to work on weekends or after hours as needed.

CCTV Sales Associate Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Vocational or Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Trainings will be provided for Potential Candidates
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
Customer Service Orientation:
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to customers.
- Ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities effectively.
Technology Proficiency:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Gmail or Email, etc.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
Availability:
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required for sales events or client engagements.

Company Driver/Installer Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in automotive mechanics is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate.
Licensing:
- Valid driver's license (with the appropriate classification for the vehicle type) and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor repairs.
- Experience with inspecting vehicles for safety and compliance before use.
Communication Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and routes efficiently.
- Ability to keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit to handle lifting and moving packages as needed.
- Ability to drive for extended periods and navigate various road conditions.
Availability:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Availability for travel to different locations as needed.
